Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

No International and P.O. Box Orders

Expedited Shipping Rules

To qualify for expedited shipping, Zoro must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 3pm (CT). Zoro does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs. and not contain any hazardous materials.

Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call customer service at 818-335-3636

Same-Day Shipping

Get same-day shipping on most orders placed by 4pm local time. 

* Same-day shipping is available on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 4:00pm local time Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Next-Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available for select items only and may be limited or otherwise unavailable based on the shipping address of the customer.  To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm local time Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.
